The Role & Expectations

This role is for experienced residential cleaners who take pride in detailed, consistent work to fulfill a full-time schedule weekly.

You’ll be responsible for delivering our Signature Cleaning Service inside of clients’ homes, following established checklists and processes to ensure every visit meets ours and the clients’ standards

The work is hands-on and physically active. Attention to detail, efficiency, and care with surfaces, belongings, pets, and client privacy are absolutely essential.

In this role you will:

  • Perform professional residential cleaning guided by our digital company checklist

  • Maintain consistency and quality across every visit

  • Use ONLY company provided tools, equipment, and cleaning products appropriately

  • Communicate professionally with clients and other team members

  • Uphold safety, respect, and discretion within every home

Pay & Details

  • Competitive Hourly Pay based on experience and performance starting at $20/hour

  • 100% of tips earned on services delivered

  • Full-time W-2 employee designation

  • Consistent weekly scheduling Monday - Friday with established routes

  • Mileage reimbursement on eligible travel

  • Company supplied tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies

  • Background check (criminal and motor vehicle) REQUIRED

Physical Requirements

  • Stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods of time

  • Lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies

  • Perform repetitive movements through the day

  • Work on your feet in residential environments

  • Comfort working around pets — pet related allergies should be considered before applying
