Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods

  • Bend, kneel, squat, and reach repeatedly

  • Lift and carry up to approximately 35 lbs

  • Perform repetitive motions with hands and arms

  • Work at a steady pace for several hours

The Position: Professional Home Cleaner

Compensation

  • Competitive range starting at $21/hour and up based on experience

  • Vehicle Use Reimbursement at $.65/mile

  • 100% of tips earned

  • Our team averages between $25-$27/hour

Schedule

  • Full Time (32 - 40 Hours) W-2 schedule

  • Consistent weekday schedule starting at 9 AM

Core Responsibilities

  • 100% delivery of Signature Cleaning service for assigned homes

  • Following detailed instructions and client notes

  • Maintain professionalism, discretion, and respect for clients’ homes and teammates

  • Use of Jobber software to complete checklists and time tracking
