The Position: Professional Home Cleaner
Compensation
Competitive range starting at $21/hour and up based on experience
Vehicle Use Reimbursement at $.65/mile
100% of tips earned
Our team averages between $25-$27/hour
Schedule
Full Time (32 - 40 Hours) W-2 schedule
Consistent weekday schedule starting at 9 AM
Core Responsibilities
100% delivery of Signature Cleaning service for assigned homes
Following detailed instructions and client notes
Maintain professionalism, discretion, and respect for clients’ homes and teammates
Use of Jobber software to complete checklists and time tracking
